Returns & Exchanges

93 Play Street accepts returning items for store credit within 2 weeks of your purchase being delivered. Your gift card will be issued for the purchased amount of your returned swimwear minus shipping fees in USD and does not expire. Please allow up to 5 business days for your inquiry to be processed.

*Effective August 1st, 2022, all USA packages will include a return slip with information on how to ship back a return using Returnly (linked below) - our policy will cover store credit within 2 weeks of receiving your order.*

Please note:

  • All sale items, including items purchased during site-wide sales, are non-returnable and are not eligible for exchange.
  • Returning items are not eligible for refunds.
  • Limited Edition color ways are final sale (Red, Mango, Jungle Jade, Lilypad, etc).
  • All returning items must be sent back in their original condition including hygienic liners and cup pads (no deodorant, make-up stains, perfume, etc).
  • As of 7/1/22 the Poppy Pink colorway has been slightly modified into our new and improved permanent colorway. 93 Play Street can not guarantee that Poppy Pink suits ordered prior to 7/1/22 will be a perfect match. 

  • We reserve the right to reject any return that shows signs of wear or does not fit the above criteria.
  • Original shipping fees, international duties, taxes, etc are not eligible to be refunded upon return.
  • We do not cover the return shipping cost.

Cancelations: Given that we work to fulfill orders ASAP, all orders are final (including pre-order). Please ensure you're confident in your purchase before submitting your order.

Additional Information: 

    • If your order is shipping outside of the USA - 93 Play Street does not charge any applicable taxes or duties imposed by the customs and revenue authorities in the destination country. Payment of duties and/or taxes are the buyers responsibility; we unfortunately cannot control these fees. 
    • Shall a customer decline their package in customs/duties - we will issue a store credit gift card minus shipping fees + customs/duties via email once the package is returned to our facility. Refused international orders can take up to 4 months to reroute back to our facility. 
    • We are not responsible for returns shipped back to the return address on your packages label without tracking or notice to us. You must use Returnly or email us to receive information on how to start your return.
