HOW LONG DO ORDERS TAKE TO SHIP?

Orders will be packed within 1-4 business days of purchase. Preorder items will have the packing + shipment date listed on the product page. Shipping time is dependent on location but averages 4-6 business days. Please see checkout for the specific rate and shipping time to your location.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THERE'S SOMETHING WRONG WITH MY ORDER?

Please contact us ASAP. Email us with your order number, information regarding the problem and provide pictures if needed: hello@93playstreet.com. Note: We cannot make any changes to orders once submitted - since our warehouse team will have already started processing your order.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS MISSING?

If you believe your package is missing, please email our team at hello@93playstreet.com. Kindly note that 93 Play Street is not responsible for packages scanned "delivered" that cannot be located. Porch Piracy has increased as of recent and we recommend filing a report with your local Police Station.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we currently offer worldwide shipping! Note: If your order is shipping outside of the USA - 93 Play Street does not charge any applicable taxes or duties imposed by the customs and revenue authorities in the destination country. Payment of duties and/or taxes are the buyers responsibility; we unfortunately cannot control these fees.
